| Green Fees: $16 Course Details: Par 71, ACR 67, 5450m Type of Course: Public | Description: Currently the club has over 470members and is one of the few clubs in the Adelaide Hills which has seen it's membership grow in the past 12 months. The purchase of an adjacent property to the club has secured a permanent supply of water which will ensure the course is fully watered and kept in top condition through the summer. The original course was only 9 holes with the second nine added in 1995. From a very modest clubhouse members moved into the new facilities in 1997, debt free. The front 9 is set on undulating land with large gum trees being the main feature. The back 9, original 9, is much flatter but also dotted with large gums. Visiting players are always impressed with the native Australian setting which backdrops the course. | |||

| Green Fees: Weekdays $33, Sunday $40 Course Details: Par 72, ACR 72, 6050m Type of Course: Public | Description: The course consists of Santa Anna couch tees, couch fairways and a combination of Bent and Poa greens. Two creeks that meander through the course, along with the dam containing the course water resources, provide adequate punishment for the errant shot as well as a home for a multitude of bird species. Over the past year, four additional holes have been constructed, one existing hole totally reconstructed and the 17th and 18th holes joined together. This has left the Club with a 19-hole golf course. These additional holes allow the Club to proceed with the plan to reconstruct all of the holes on the course without inconveniencing Members and visitors. | |||

Pine Hill now features prominently in the design of holes 8 through to 13, where the course weaves between tall, established pines, providing some spectacular vistas and challenging shot-making opportunities. The par 71 18 hole championship course has gently undulating couch fairways with revetted edge style bunkering. The variety of holes provides an array of risks and options which sets it apart from other major courses in South Australia. Glenelg Golf Club is a private golf club and visitors may not play on Saturdays. | |||
